If you are dissatisfied with any product you may return it for a refund or replacement. Just send it back, with a note about why you are returning it, to this address:

Shipping
Shipping fees are included in your shopping cart total. Due to the nature of our handmade products, there may be times when items you order are not available for immediate shipment. You will be notified if your order will be delayed. 

 

Order Pick Up
You can pick up your purchase by appointment. Please call me at 978-374-4362 to arrange a time. Please choose either check or money order as your payment method (even if you want to add the purchase to your credit card) as this makes is easier for me to cancel the shipping charges. 

 

Payments
I accept the following forms of payment:

 

Checks or Money Orders
I accept personal checks or money orders for your order total. If you opt to pay by check, you will receive an email confirming  the address to mail the check. Checks should be made out to Heidi's Herbals.
Please note: If you are a first time customer, your check will have to clear before your purchases are shipped. Please allow 10 business days for clearance in addition to the normal shipping times. Orders paid with Money Orders ship the same day the Money Order is received.

 

PAYPAL Secure Internet Payments
You can use your credit card or e-check to pay through PayPal, and get buyer's protection for free. When you select this option you will be automatically linked to PayPal's secure site to complete the order processing.

I can accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Debit cards for payment. Please call me at 978-374-4362 to give me your credit card information. Or you may email me with your phone number and the best time to reach you and I will call you. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.
